I wanted to extend an additional thank you for the professional work done on our carpeting. Your guys were extremely efficient and do great job. As we discussed, I appreciate your following up on the black spot on the carpet. Let me know when you have a convenient time to come out and look at it, as indicated, it appears to be a manufacturing flaw in the carpet fiber, but it may also be a grease stain, although nothing gets on your fingers if you touch it. Additionally, I will drop off the carpet pieces to be bound. I have several spots that I can use for them in as the carpet is really very nice and high quality.
